These terms apply to The Connoisseur's Journal, provided by wemos GmbH (see imprint).

A digital tasting journal. Free: up to five tastings plus the aroma list and pairing guide. Premium: unlimited tastings, humidor, wishlist, statistics and a printable view of each tasting. The CSV export of your tastings is free for every account.

Adults only (18+). Accounts are personal and not transferable.

Monthly € 4.99 or yearly € 39, VAT included. Payment is handled by [Paddle or Lemon Squeezy] as merchant of record; its terms apply to the payment.

The subscription renews for the same term until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current term, in the customer portal. Afterwards your entries stay readable; premium features are locked.

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days (Austrian FAGG). For digital services the right ends early if you expressly ask us to start before the period ends and acknowledge this (§ 18(1)(11) FAGG). [Check how the payment provider's checkout records this consent.]

You keep all rights to your entries and photos and only upload photos you may use. We use your content solely to provide the service. You can export it and delete it at any time.

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability: [wording compliant with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)].

Smoking harms your health. The content describes tastings and is not an invitation to smoke.

Changes to these terms: [procedure and notice period]. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence stays unaffected.
